COTON ESTAtE
Located in the village of Coton, Coton Estate centres around an 18th-century former Dower House. Set in a working rural landscape, the estate has been carefully restored and nurtured by its current owners since 2018, including the planting of over 1,400 trees and new woodlands.
Choose between a traditional B&B experience in the West Wing or a quiet, self-catering stay at The Bothy - either way, you’ll find space to relax and unwind.
The Bothy
With views across North Shropshire, The Bothy is tucked away in a private meadow with its own pond. It's a peaceful escape, perfect for soaking in the wood-fired hot tub or enjoying a glass of wine by the fire pit.

Our luxury B&B suite with garden views located above the Library and Conservatory.

North Shropshire is ideal for walking, cycling, and wildlife spotting. From the nearby 17th-century pub to scenic nature reserves, there’s plenty to discover. By foot, bike, train or car - everything is on your doorstep.
